There is NO CREDIT CHECK on rent to own. Must have valid state issued photo ID. On the wood building you must have two forms of ID and your address on the ID must match the delivery address. With all the recent black bear sightings in the area, don’t get caught off guard. Be sure your stuff is protected not only from the elements, but also bears. You don’t want that brand new 4 wheeler, side by side, lawnmower, or whatever may be important to you, all torn up by our bear friends.

Please note, I do not know if our buildings are actually bear proof. My family has been doing this over 50 years and honestly, never had a customer tell us whether or not their building stopped a bear onslaught. That being said, you still need one, just in case Big Bertha here shows up in your yard.
