I had the honor to make absolutely the hardest project Iβve ever had to make. The amount of memories and good times had, running through my head while creating the urn for my father in law, John Vincent, was extremely overwhelming. From blowing up your toilet 20 minutes after meeting you (funny story, ask me about it), to asking you for permission to marry your daughter, to watching you become a grandpa when you held our son for the first time.
He was always one of our biggest supporters while we were building our business. He showed off our work and would brag about the things we make. If it was something he wasnβt a fan of, his famous words were βWell thatβs unique!β. While building his urn, I didnβt get any signs of him saying that, so he must like it!
In honor of it being hotter than hell out, it was only fitting to take photos on the dock we all helped put in on the hottest day many summers ago.
Top and bottom are curly maple, the body of the urn is cherry, and the plaque is maple, lasered by Manda Varnaitis
