🇺🇸 A little water can do a lot. This little repair was an old roof leak that had made the ceiling sag and it washed some of the tape off the wall below. I inspected to make sure the leak was stopped and got it all patched back up and ready to go. No more eye sore by the kitchen sink! I got it fixed back for them and was able to figure out the root cause of the moisture and gave them a solution to fixing it. 🇺🇸 I had a home owner that wanted these tubular skylight holes patched up in the ceiling. Those things are pretty cool but they wanted them gone so I obliged them. First you see them, then you don’t. I got all the holes patched up and helped them get a little closer to having their house back in order. No matter the drywall problem, I have the solution. 🇺🇸 This job had a crack from a leak in the bathroom and some of the tape was falling out of the angle in the vaulted ceiling in the living room. The living room ceiling had been repaired before and since it was about 15’ high, the original person hired took every shortcut you should never take either because he was clueless or just didn’t care. If it’s eye level, 20’ tall, in your living room, or in your darkest closet, it all gets the same level of attention it deserves when you call me. I don’t take shortcuts that waste your money.
