"We had a minor emergency and I called cousins after a terrible experience with a different plumbing company, it was late Friday and didn’t think I could get anyone to come out. They had a technician call me, it was Manny and he came a good distance right away and knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of our issue with great expertise. He was super nice and efficient and I was so pleased, I had him give me an estimate for another job we need to have done. He explained what needed to be done and gave me a fair estimate and our repair for the immediate job was lower than I expected. I’m so thankful I found them, they rescued us that night and do superior work and are super nice, we will definitely be using them as our plumbing company. Thank you for being there for us and the great job."

I recently had my home warranty company send out a plumber and they guys at cousin’s had to come out to fix the mess the previous guy made. Give Myles a call - you will be happy you did."

Great review from Jill... "We are happy to provide a 5 star recommendation for Cousins Plumbing. They installed a water softener in our home. The price was lower than the other companies I called but what really puts them above the rest is their customer service. I am really hoping I don't have to call a plumber in the future, but if I do, I will definitely call Cousins again."

I reached out to the owner of Cousins Plumbing, and he jumped into action immediately. Miles showed up just a few hours later, diagnosed the issue right away, and ordered the part on the spot. The moment it arrived, Miles came back and had everything fixed fast.

The customer service is truly top notch. Responsive, professional, and trustworthy. I’m so glad I found this company—they’ve earned my business for life!"
