JOB DESCRIPTION:
Asphalt and sealcoating professional
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team. This position involves performing asphalt maintenence services including sealcoating, crack filling, surface preparation, and general pavement repairs for residential and commercial properties. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and able to perform physical labor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-prepare asphalt surfaces for sealcoating by cleaning, blowing and edging areas.
-Apply sealcoat using spray systems or squeegee.
-Perform crack filling and minor asphalt repairs.
-Protect surrounding areas by blocking off areas
-Operate equipment such as blowers, pressure washers, roller , paver, skids steer
-Ensure job sites are clean and safe before during and after work
-Load and unload equipment and materials
-Follow safety procedures and company standards
REQUIREMENTS:
-Ability to perform physically demanding work
-Comfortable working outdoors
-Ability to lift 50+ pounds
-Reliable transportation
-Ability to work early mornings and long hours during peak season
-Valid drivers license required
COMPENSATION:
-Competitive hourly pay based on experience
-Opportunities for overtime during peak season
-On the job training provided
