Busy start to year, one roof down. Overdo for replacing, aged and damaged from inexperienced snow removal. Removed all the rot and switched from standard 3tab to architectural black shingles.

2026 Brings another bathroom makeover for a great customer/friend. Now nearing completion. Removed old fiberglass shower enclosure and replaced with custom tile and full wall niche, vanity, shower door and lighting.

This yard had some drainage issues- quick fix to reshape slope and install retaining wall using some native natural stone, with installation of underground drainage away from house tied with downspout.

Out with the old in with the new. This bathroom needed updating, out with the dated tub shower and in with a new bright, roomy walk in shower. Full wall niche with corner bench, full view slider shower door and water converter to separate hand held. Finishing off with new custom built vanity with linen cabinet, mirror, lighting and accessories. Thanks to Ennis custom cabinets for their work.

This outdoor kitchen is ready for the big event, From the initial request for a outdoor kitchen-with freedom to design and build to accommodate any size gathering, the finish designed build turned out just amazing. Thank you to all that helped from the sub’s, to the workers and finishers. Everyone stayed the course, and completed project remarkably.

Well if a new custom deck wasn’t enough last year,😊 with great customers (Friends) we were able to continue making this already great home even more great this season with the tear out and installation of the lower brick patio and stairs to the lake. We went with Deep rich blended pavers to capture the deck and homes natural charm. We added a beutiful new rock garden through the path to lake and flower / vegetable boxes along side the new patio as well as a updated fire pit for those wonderful family gathers and evenings just enjoying the evening sunsets.🌅
