Here's some pictures of today's job we finished taking down some rotted facia on a customers shed and replaced it with PVC facia board. We also re installed the drip edge. When we fot there one side was completely laying on the ground, Amd the ither side was all swollen, And split apart. It was also all damnp from getting wet. Now our customer has some new pvc trim that she doesn't have 2 maintain or do anything to maintain it except clean it here and there. Hello neighbors. Im Mike wuth J-n-M Services LLC. I wanted to post some pictures of today's job. We try 2 stear away from landscaping, But a great repeat customer wanted a dead bush gone ,So thats exactly what we did. Not only did we remove it ,But we got all the roots. We also put some PVC panels under her fence to keep their new little puppy from getting under the fence. Then we installed some landscaping rocks to keep the dirt from washing away in front of the gate. Last week we installed some rubber flaps, And there working great we just didn't want the dirt washing out and a continuing problem so we installed the rocks this week. When you call or text you will get my wife or I. So we deal with our customers from start 2 finish. We come out and give the estimate. Price and supply materials if the customer request that we provide the materials. If the customer chooses 2 supply the materials then we just figure out the price for our labor. We fixed one door that wouldn't close, Lock,Or latch for the customer. Then we fixed another door in the basement, The deadbolt wouldn't lock because the metal plate needed to be adjusted slightly. So we fixed that door so the deadbolt will shut and lock easily. Then we removed some trim and paneling in the customers basement to locate a water issue. And we found where water is coming through the foundation wall.

We installed rubber flaps on the bottom of 2 gates for a great repeat customer so their new little puppy couldn't squeeze out of the bottom of the gates any longer. We also installed a new pneumatic door closer/Shock, And a wind chain at the top. Hello neighbors. Just some food for thought. It amazes me how if we have 2 cancel an estimate or delay the start date of a job we often get attitudes ,Not from everyone, We do have our understanding customers for sure. However it works both ways. Life sometimes can happen and we never understand what someone may be facing or going through. However this week we've had 2 customers either cancel or not show up. We had one customer and im not going to mention any names ,But we show up 2 do the job and were even texting the customer as were on the way. When we get there all the sudden no answer from the customer, The text stop. After calling the property management company and waiting to get an answer for about 30 minutes we get a text from the customer saying that they were on a car accident and had even went into detail saying that they had broken their leg. Well that was the second time out to the job because of thunderstorms the first day we went out . We told the property management company we needed yo complete the job so we would climb the tall bkock wall in the backyard to access the work area. Tha thankfully we got permission to do so , So we do the job . After we finished up we sat in the alley for a bit , talked about the job and what we had 2 do on the way home and all the sudden here comes the tenant getting dropped off by a friend or co worker clearly walking fine WITH OBVIOUSLY NO BROKEN LEG.Looks at us and walks in the house. Then today we had an estimate scheduled first thing this morning and when we wake up at 5:30 am we had a text from the customer canceling. So even though the person with the broken leg clearly lied and there isn't a reason 2 lie just be honest!.. and who knows why they canceled this morning. Moral of the story is we never know what someone may be going through or facing. We all need 2 be a little more understanding.
