And that’s a wrap on this one! 🙌

This wood plank concrete overlay is officially finished with its final matte urethane topcoat.

From concrete to a completely custom wood look, without a single piece of wood. 👀

Really happy with how this one came together!

Good morning, Facebook world!

Hard to complain about heading to work on a Sunday when this is the view on the way.

Off to wrap up a project that’s been coming together really well. Looks like it’s going to be a beautiful day! ☀️

What a difference a flood coat makes! 👀✨

Today we added a clear epoxy flood coat to bring out the depth, color, and detail in this floor.

One final step tomorrow and this transformation is complete! 🔥

✨ This floor is really starting to come together! 👀🔥

We just wrapped up the final color coat on this custom wood plank concrete overlay. 🪵🎨 The variation, grain, and individual plank details are all hand applied to create that weathered, rustic wood look. But it’s actually concrete! 🤯

We’ll be back in a couple days to finish it off with a flood coat of clear epoxy 💎✨ That’s when the colors and details will really come alive, while adding a durable, easy to clean finish.

We can’t wait to see this one completely finished! 🙌🔥

What do you think? Would you ever guess this was concrete if you didn’t already know? 👇🤔

Concrete doesn’t have to look like concrete. ✨

Nope… those aren’t wood planks. 👀

This entire porch is concrete.

We transformed the existing concrete with a custom wood-plank overlay—each plank laid out, textured and individually colored to create the look of real wood without actually covering the porch in wood.

The final sealer really brought this one to life. 🔥

Would you have guessed this was concrete?

Day 2 and the wood plank look is taking shape! 👀

Hard to believe this is concrete. We’ve got the texture down and the plank lines revealed. Next up, some additional coloring to add more depth and character.

Still more to come!

Day 1 on this downtown Traverse City porch.

It doesn’t look like much yet… but just wait until you see what we’re turning it into. 👀

Stay tuned!

Some offices have four walls. Ours sometimes looks like this.

We never take for granted how fortunate we are to work in one of the most beautiful places in the country. Every day, we’re trusted to help Northern Michigan homeowners protect and enhance the homes they’ve worked so hard for, and that’s something we’re incredibly grateful for.

Whether it’s a lakefront home overlooking West Bay or a house down the street, every project receives the same attention to detail, craftsmanship, and care.

If you’re planning a painting or epoxy flooring project, we’d be honored to earn your trust.
