👋 Meet the team behind TC Mold Man– Traverse City

We’re proud to introduce ourselves — Brad and Denise Sepell, the owners of TC Mold Man.

This business carries a 25+ year reputation in Northern Michigan, and when we acquired it, our goal was simple: protect that reputation, strengthen it, and continue serving this community the right way.

We’re not outsiders. This is home.

Brad grew up in Leelanau County, spent years serving the community as a police officer in the Detroit area, and has coached local basketball in many cities across the state. After that chapter, we moved back to the area to help start and build Molon Asphalt, building strong relationships across Northern Michigan.

Denise brings over 25 years of corporate America experience, with a strong background in purchasing, operations, customer service, and business management— focused on building strong systems and making sure every customer is taken care of the right way.

Together, we’ve been building businesses since 2014 and formally established BND Management Solutions in 2019 to support and grow companies with accountability, structure, and long-term vision.

Today, TC Mold Man operates under BND Management, bringing that same level of professionalism and oversight into every job we take on.

We specialize in mold remediation, crawl space encapsulation, and moisture control — helping homeowners protect their investment and live in a healthier environment.
