The boys put in the hours yesterday and got this giant deck framed in a day! Now we put on the Trex.

Mega barn equipped with two offices on the second level and in floor heat for the shop. We might build something similar for the new cherry ridge office! Stone will be applied soon!

We recently received a call from a wonderful neighbor whose deck had fallen into serious disrepair. Upon inspection, it was clear the structure needed immediate attention due to significant rot and collapse. Our team stepped in right away and started carefully dismantling the old deck, addressing the underlying issues, and building her a beautiful, durable new one. Now she can once again enjoy peaceful mornings and evenings on her back deck, watching the birds she loves so much. Moments like these are at the heart of what we do. We’re proud to serve our local community here in Northern Michigan, helping families create safe, beautiful spaces where memories are made. Absolutely beautiful home here on Elk Lake! We are going to be building a trex deck very soon out back with an outdoor shower!

Our team is moving quickly and efficiently, backfill work is well underway, and we’re on track to complete all underground and flat work this week.
Then we are on to our favorite part… framing begins this Monday!
