Want a very small look behind the scenes... This is the level of detail required to make sure your project actually meets the design intent. If you skip having the details fully drawn, it's the contractor's best guess on how the design should actually come to life.
We spend a lot of time on drawings, because we care about the details. We protect your investment by giving accurate and full information on what is to be built.
Does it take more time and money up front to go into this level of detail instead of just basic floor plans? Yes. BUT it is much cheaper to figure out exactly what you want on paper rather than being surprised during construction and having to rip things out, or pay for change orders, or live with the disappointment because a project wasn't executed the way you dreamed it would be.
