Here’s a bathroom we built for a retired Navy lieutenant, he loved the idea of navy blue and white, everywhere.

We had a 10 foot by 4 foot space to work with, taking this space from the garage we also had to leave enough room for the homeowners to get around their vehicle. All measurements had to be precise. They also wanted to be able to access this bathroom with a wheelchair (as much as possible anyway considering we only had so much room to work with).

Gave this floor a makeover with loose lay flooring. You only have to glue down the perimeter, the rest of the flooring lies loosly. The customer was very happy with it.

The previous floor was also glued down but was extremely thin (cheap). The toilet had a huge gap that was filled with caulk but that changed once we laid down this thicker floor. We even replaced all of the baseboards and got rid of the shoe moulding!

We added this bathroom utilizing wasted space in a garage. It’s 4 feet by 10 feet long with heated flooring. What do you think the customer paid for us to do this project?

There were some comments asking why this person is protecting the wall if the color is the same. The sheen is probably different from the wall, plus the overspray will look bad. Overall they’re doing a great job 👍
