🌧️ Storms Are Here — Know What Counts as a Water Emergency 🌧️

With the heavy rain we've been experiencing, we're receiving a high volume of calls for flooding emergencies.

A true emergency water loss includes situations such as:
💧 Water actively entering your home or business
💧 Basement flooding
💧 Sewage backups
💧 Water that must be extracted immediately to prevent further damage

Important: Flooding caused by heavy rain or rising water is often not covered under a standard homeowners insurance policy unless you have separate flood insurance. Coverage varies by policy, so we always recommend checking with your insurance carrier.

For emergency storm-related flooding that is not covered by insurance, we require a $2,500 deposit before service begins. This covers our initial emergency response, including:
✔️ Water extraction
✔️ Placement of one commercial dehumidifier
✔️ Placement of air movers
✔️ Application of antimicrobial treatment

This is our starting emergency service price. Every loss is different, and additional drying equipment, monitoring, demolition, or other mitigation services may be necessary to properly dry the structure and help prevent mold growth.
