Another project moving right along! We recently completed the land clearing and cut in a new access road for this custom 1.5-acre homesite. The next phase will include installing the driveway stone and finishing things off with a gate installation for the homeowner.

We want to sincerely thank all of our clients for their flexibility, understanding, and patience during the challenging season our family has been navigating. With our little one here, family has been our top priority, and we’re incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received. I also cant thank Hunter and the crew enough for keeping things moving while I was in and out of the hospital.

Another drainage issue solved.

This homeowner and repeat customer was battling constant runoff from the steep grade between the roadway and their home, causing water to travel alongside the driveway and back up near the front entrance during heavy rains.

To correct the issue, we excavated approximately 18 inches deep on contour alongside the driveway and installed a 4-inch perforated sock drain pipe to intercept and redirect the water before it could reach the house. The trench was then backfilled with #2 and #3 stone to promote long-term drainage performance while minimizing erosion and sediment buildup.

While this was a relatively small project, it will make a world of difference for this homeowner every time it rains. Sometimes the simplest solutions have the biggest impact when it comes to protecting your property and keeping water where it belongs.

Another three bedroom septic pump system in the books. This was probably the most challenging system. I’ve done yet, due to limited usable space, and the battle of bedrock. Even with time and weather against us, we still knocked it out.
