You’re already investing in the remodel. Make the remodel work harder for you.
Updating cabinets and finishes can transform a room, but some of the greatest value comes from rethinking how the space functions.
In this kitchen, that meant removing a wall, creating a more open connection between spaces, adding a breakfast nook, incorporating a large island for gathering, and maintaining a dedicated dining area.
The result wasn't simply a refreshed kitchen. It was a home that better supports the way this family lives.
And that's an important question to ask before any remodel:
“What else could we accomplish while we're already doing this work?”
If you've been thinking about opening up a space someday, changing the flow between rooms, or tackling another renovation down the road, tell your remodeling team early. Some elements may be easier to address while you're already in the planning and demolition phases.
Think beyond the update. Plan for how you want your home to function, now and in the future.
