Well this was a hot job! The remodel of this 20x14 deck and 18x4 ft set of steps was very well needed as you can tell by the before pics!😬 but nothing we couldn’t handle! Now has all new full support posts, bands,joist,handrail caps and 2x6 decking. Also a full set of steps! Now they can have those family gatherings safely!

Hey everyone! Long post so Srry in advance lol. But I Just wanted to first say I’m extremely grateful and blessed for everyone that’s supported me and my business growth over the years! I’m proud to be able to stand by my work and name in the local community I grew up in.

But also, I’m a smaller subcontractor! What does that mean?
Well the pros are!
1-Closer attention to details.
2-Better quality control.
3-Actual personal communication with the person that’s physically building your project!
4-More transparency with your money and project.
5-better pricing because of less overhead.
And a few other details that makes the process more smoother and easier.

But there is a down side to this!
Time!
Now anyone that’s ever had me work for them will tell you I’m no slouch! I’m very accurate with estimated time on the job!
But I’m always working on 5-7 jobs at a time. I’m blessed to be busy but I try to show respect to everyone that trusts me with their hard earned money! So sometimes I might work a half day on yours so I can work the other half on another. But with me as everyone can attest to is i don’t get paid until I’m done! Yes that’s right. I only get material money upfront and that’s it until we are done!
So please don’t be mad or upset at me if I don’t work a full day on your job or miss a day on your job because I’ve got deliveries on a separate job.
I don’t just do what i say I’ll do, I always do more! Because I want you the homeowner proud of your project and the person that built it. So again I’m Srry if me pulling off your job a half day or so to take care of other businesses bothers you but I hope you can see it from my perspective and or the other homeowners perspective and understand that with me, all the pros heavily out way the one con of me being busy.

Well guys! This customer spared no expense with this massive 1000sq foot open deck! They wanted everything extra heavy duty! 6x6 supports, 2x12 joists, 2x10 decking! Yes that’s right, 2x10 decking boards! 2-4ft exiting steps w/hand built matching gates. Also encased hog wire handrails with decorative top post! we even threw in a new screen door for a side deck entrance!
And as always we do damage control after the job is completed! No need for a contractor to leave you a mess or damaged yard!

Note: we are coming back later this year for staining!
