Hello! With the forecasted temperatures for the next few days, the Townsend Town Hall will be open as needed as a cooling shelter. If you or someone you know does not have air conditioning, please have them call the town hall at 715-276-6856 during normal hours on Tuesday, or call Chief Herlache at 715-350-1259 on Monday if you need to cool off. Please check on your neighbors, especially if they are elderly or have medical issues. Stay cool and hydrated!

The Townsend Fire Department would like to give a shout out to Josh and the crew at Old Town Hall Sports Bar & Restaurant for the pizzas while we were doing hose testing today! The pizzas were a hit!
