The Aurora, before all the finishing touches🏡

It’s always interesting to look back at a home while it’s still coming together. This is our Aurora two-story during construction, before the exterior was finished.

The Aurora offers 2,692 sq. ft. of living space, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a 660 sq. ft. garage. Seeing it at this stage gives you a different look at what goes into taking a modular home from set day to the finished product.

A look back at one of our favorite interiors — the Herrickville House! 🏡

This home started with our Alpine Chalet design and was customized throughout to make it truly its own.

The Alpine Chalet plan features:
• 1,210 sq. ft. of living space
• 400 sq. ft. of unfinished bonus space
• 2 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms
• 27' × 44' layout

The Herrickville House is a great example of how one of our standard plans can be customized to fit what a homeowner is looking for.

The Aurora is still one of our favorite two-story designs.

With 2,692 sq. ft. of living space, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a 660 sq. ft. garage, there’s plenty of room built into this plan. With 1,346 sq. ft. on each floor, The Aurora is a great example of the space a modular two-story home can offer.

This one was built years ago, but the design is still worth another look.

Another look at this 28×48 ranch we finished in Ulster, PA.

This 3-bedroom home has some great outdoor space, including a 12×60 covered deck plus two 6×28 covered decks, all finished with lighting and fans.

A few other features include a metal roof, on-demand hot water, hot water baseboard heat, a Generac automatic disconnect, a covered front patio, and plenty of custom touches throughout.
