Set along the waterfront, this project was designed to create a true resort experience at home. Multiple entertaining areas, a dramatic infinity-edge pool, custom fire features, expansive gathering spaces, and a fully integrated outdoor pavilion come together to create a destination for family and guests alike.
Equipped with a high-performance R-Blade roof, the space can adapt throughout the day by providing adjustable shade, ventilation, and protection from the elements at the touch of a button. To further elevate the design, our custom trim package was incorporated throughout the structure, creating a more architectural appearance that feels like a natural extension of the home. The trim package conceals structural and mechanical components, enhances proportions and detailing, and delivers the refined, high-end look that distinguishes a truly custom outdoor living environment.
Every square foot was designed with purpose.
