Merit Pools is looking for an experienced pool service professional to help us grow our service department and train the next generation of technicians.

We’re not looking for someone to simply clean pools.

We’re looking for someone who can diagnose problems, solve issues, and help develop younger technicians.

Ideal experience includes:
• Pumps & filters
• Heaters
• Salt systems
• Pool plumbing
• Leak diagnosis
• Automation systems
• Liner replacement experience a plus
• Hot tub experience a plus
