🌳 MAD RIVER CLEANUP PROJECT — OFFICIALLY COMPLETE! 💪🏼🚧
Today, our crews finished chipping the final piles of debris along the Mad River in downtown Winsted, Connecticut, officially wrapping up our riverbank clearing project for the Town of Wi******er!
Our crew absolutely knocked this one out of the park, finishing nearly a FULL WEEK ahead of schedule! 👏🏼
Over the first six days, our team worked their way through approximately one mile of riverbank running through downtown Winsted, hand-cutting and strategically staging all wooded material along the guardrails for removal.
With a CT DOT encroachment permit in place, we were able to safely close a lane of traffic to bring in our equipment and process the material. In just 1 day our crew chipped the entirety of the staged debris, followed by a final cleanup and blowoff of all working areas.
This was no small undertaking, and the efficiency, teamwork, and dedication our guys brought to this project made all the difference!
