-We've taken a lot of doors off over the years. Not always necessary but if you like your paint to stick to the door, then we take the prep work seriously. Some painters might spray n' pray that it holds til they get the check in their hand.
-Full wash, multiple sanding sessions, shellac-based primer and more sanding is our non-negotiable process.

-If you have teeth you may recognize this dental office. We removed the Covid sneeze guard and encased the window with 4 in. fluted moulding.

-Your gutters don't always need to be retired to the scrap yard- Easy to restore with some power washing and new paint.
We used SW "Greek Villa" for the gutter, downspouts and window trim and SW "Sheraton Sage" for the siding.

Do you clutch your purse when you walk to your garage door?
Oil based paint can yellow over time giving an unappealing look. We used Benjamin Moore Advanced on these doors here. Should last many years without the purse clutching.
