MCP had a blast spending the morning at West Ridge Mall this past Saturday for their 2nd Annual Touch-a-Truck event!

We enjoyed meeting so many local families and seeing everyone check out the trucks and equipment. Events like these are a great reminder of what makes the Topeka community so special.

Another great project officially complete! The Residence at Green Meadow in San Angelo, Texas.

This 28,530-square-foot senior living community brings 30 units of high-quality, affordable housing to the area, featuring modern, accessible floor plans and amenities designed to serve residents for years to come.

The project was completed alongside Jones Gillam Renz Architects and Overland Property Group, whose partnership played an important role in delivering this community.

A huge shoutout to MCP’s Eric Hubener, Bruce Melius, and the entire crew for their hard work, coordination, and dedication throughout the project.

We’re proud to kick off the transformation of the historic Irving School Building in Cleburne, TX, bringing new life to a space that has served the community for generations.

This 36,690 sq. ft. renovation will create 34 thoughtfully designed units for 55+ senior living, blending historic character with modern living.

Since kickoff, crews have made strong progress across the site. Demolition is advancing in key areas, with Building A moving into brick restoration, Building B shifting into underground plumbing prep, and Building C progressing through trenching, plumbing, and concrete work.

Momentum continues to build as the project moves into its next phase. This one is going to be fun to watch. Stay tuned!

Major progress is happening at The Reserves at Cobalt Circle in Brownsville, Tennessee! 🏗️

After months of challenging weather including rain and even a snowstorm, our team stayed focused and worked efficiently to gain lost ground. Through close coordination and long days on site, roadway work came together quickly, allowing us to stabilize the site and get asphalt down.

As Project Manager Cliff Holland puts it: "The sun is back and we’re gaining ground—literally. With a solid foundation set, the cranes are in and we are moving upward. Let’s build."

Strong work by the entire project team, including Mike Maas, Cliff Holland, Tim Johnson, and Kelli Meiers. A great example of teamwork, adaptability, and momentum as this project begins to take shape and rise on the Brownsville skyline.

Big renovations require big safety measures.

At West Ridge Mall, our MCP Facility Services team recently wrapped up construction of a massive temporary wall designed to keep the facility safe and up to code while exciting upgrades continue behind the scenes.

From framing the wall on scissor lifts to hanging the final sheets of drywall, the team handled the project safely from start to finish, delivering an important piece of the overall project.

We're proud to support the continued investment in Topeka and to play a part in the improvements taking shape at West Ridge Mall.
