Ergress Window added at this property.

Adds value and gives peace of mind having the 2nd exit.

Note: we dig these down to the footing and expose the drain tile. We fill the base with gravel from the drain tile to the window base.

This makes the whole bottom a drain and no worries about a pipe getting clogged.

This one was backing up during the rains and running over the window into the basement.

Hard to tell but we dug down on this one and got a drain going down to the drain tile. Topped it off with gravel for a cleaner look.

Drains water as it should now.

Here we tackled a leak from a mis-marked septic hole. Builders planned for one spot and it got moved to another.

The hole was sleeved w PVC pipe then filled with a concrete patch.

We exposed the area, cleaned it off, sealed around the pipe then double layered it with MelRol and added tar around the edges.

We even got the plants put back in place.

This house was having water coming in through the window. The well would fill up and flow in around the window.

We see this often due to the drain getting plugged up. This one didn’t end up having any drain installed originally.

So we dug down to the drain tile, tested the drain tile for proper flow, added dual drains below the window, covered the tile w gravel then installed a new well and cover.

Problem solved.

Mother Nature sure has been testing us these last couple weeks.

Delays in work start/completion

Nearly 100 calls since that first massive rain

Close to 2000 miles traveling to bids

It’s been challenging to say the least.

David, Matt and Jeff have been busting the jobs out while Dennis and I are chasing all the bids. It’s spread us thin but we make it work.

Can’t thank y’all enough for all the referrals, tags, kind words and mentions you show us each and every day.

It shows that with the help of friends and the community a small business can compete with the big boys from out of town.

Rerouted a sump pump discharge to a pop up on one home.

Buried a spout and patched a beam pocket on another.

Small jobs are great to fill in between larger jobs. We appreciate the flexibility of the homeowners on these smaller jobs.

The guys knocked out a 5 pier job on a room addition this week.

Got this one finished up today.

Dug part of the back wall, waterproofed, replaced the window well and added dual drains inside it.

Dug out the side wall, pushed it back out level, waterproofed it, new drain tile w 2’ of gravel on top, added 5 I-beams inside and installed the thermal hinged cover on the egress.

Dig out part of the front wall, waterproofed, new drain tile and gravel on top. Added 7 I-beams inside to brace the wall.

Finally we buried the 2 side downspouts, 1 front downspout and sump pump. Ran them out to the ditch to ensure the water stays away from the foundation.
