Job Title: Experienced Fencing Installer
Location: Tonawanda
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fencing Installer with proven experience in residential and/or commercial fence installation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors, using power tools, and delivering high-quality workmanship on a consistent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install a variety of fencing types, including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and metal
* Measure and lay out fence lines accurately according to project plans
* Dig post holes and set posts securely using concrete or other materials
* Ensure fences are level, aligned, and structurally sound
* Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
* Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
* Communicate effectively with team members and customers
* Maintain a clean and organized worksite
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience in fence installation or similar construction work
* Knowledge of different fencing materials and installation techniques
* Ability to read basic layouts and measurements
* Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)
* Valid driver’s license (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and work ethic
* Ability to work in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience operating skid steers, augers, or other equipment
* Basic carpentry or construction background
