A MESSAGE FROM T.E.R.
Over the past several weeks, our small business has been the target of a wave of negative Google reviews from individuals who have never used our services and have no firsthand experience with the work we provide.
This stems from a dispute involving another local business and a project that has involved extensive permitting, engineering, and governmental requirements outside of T.E.R. Septic’s control. Rather than allowing the matter to be resolved professionally, false and misleading claims have been shared publicly, along with reviews from people who have never been our customers.
We want to be clear: we stand behind our work, our employees, and the way we treat our customers.
We are a small, local business, and these reviews are not just words on a screen. They affect our employees, our families, our reputation, and our ability to bring in new customers. We have already experienced the impact, including losing potential jobs and customers.
We cannot control what others choose to say about us. But we can control who we are and how we serve our community.
