Big things coming to Mallard Cove in Conroe, TX 👏

We are excited to announce the completion of a small tenant build-out that will be welcoming The Core Movement Studio soon!

From concept to completion, we loved helping bring this space to life and can’t wait to see this new studio become part of the community. Thank you to everyone involved in making this project happen.

We’re excited to announce the newest location for Andy’s Cleaners in The Woodlands is officially moving into the construction phase! 🚧✨

This project was thoughtfully designed by our very own architect and VP of Project Management, Chris Fritsche, bringing a vision to life that blends functionality, efficiency, and modern design.

At Apex Construction, there’s nothing better than seeing a project evolve from initial concept to reality, and we’re proud to be part of every step along the way. We’re looking forward to bringing this space to life and delivering another quality project for our client.

We’re excited to welcome everyone out to District on Main for our Ribbon Cutting & Open House on March 18th from 11AM–2PM, and we’ve got some amazing local businesses joining us to make the day even sweeter!

The Baytown Chamber of Commerce will be onsite along with Baytown Mayor Charles Johnson, who will be joining us for the official ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:30AM.

Guests can enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks (while supplies last) including:

This has been one of the most unique projects we’ve ever had the opportunity to build and the results speak for themselves. What started as an empty lot is now a beautiful mini golf course. We’re incredibly proud of the finished product and grateful to have seen this project through from start to completion. A huge thank you to and Hume Entertainment LLC for trusting us with their vision.
