After shutting the water off in order to do a repair on the home the worn out gate valve decided to give on me and would not re-open so I was able to take the valve apart to remove the broke off gate and get the water flowing but ended up replacing it with a new ball valve.

New Bradford White tank water heater. New Leak Breaker water heater shut off with drain pan water sensor to protect you from water damages and keeps the water restoration guys out of your home. Corrected the vent system so that the vent no longer has a 45° angle 📐, now it’s ⬆️, the correct roof vent flashing and new vent pipe. Better install and better labor warranty!!
