A legacy isn't bought. It's built. 🏡

Our latest blog explores why more Texans are choosing to build legacy homes, creating spaces that reflect the way they live today while preparing for the future. As the builder behind the 2026 Southernlivingmag Idea House, we're proud to help families bring those visions to life.

Seeing the 2026 Southern Living Idea House on the cover of Southern Living's October issue is both exciting and humbling. We're grateful to Southern Living and the talented architects and design team, sponsors, trade partners, and craftsmen who helped transform a shared vision into reality. 💙

In the feature, Melanie and Chris discuss the importance of creating homes that continue to serve families for years to come, a principle that helped guide our work on this one-of-a-kind Texas Hill Country home in Fredericksburg.
