Differences between cement and concrete
Cement is a compound that we use in construction that is usually mixed with other compounds. It is made of limestone, clay, iron ore, and other minerals that are heated to obtain the Clinker which is then ground with gypsum to achieve gray cement.
The consistency of cement is dry and is transported in bags. Also, it has limited use because it serves only as an ingredient for other mixes, making it cheaper.
Concrete is a mixture of cement with rocks and small stones with a part of sand. That is, it uses cement as a bonding material. Being mixed with water, its consistency is liquid, so it needs a special transport.
It is capable of supporting high power loads, tractions and forces, as it is solid. Its cost is higher by using more ingredients and machinery.
