Today we sold our first spec home! It's been a journey and a fun ride with this house. Can't put words to describe the feeling of making a great home like this. It's always a pleasure doing business with our plumbers Steven Sandry and electricians Nick Nicholson and everyone else involved in the project. It's been a very busy couple months, making plenty of progress on the house. Exterior is all finished and done! Including stone work, cedar tounge & groove porch ceilings, cedar wrapped posts and some nice outside lights thanks to Nick Nicholson and the crew. A lot of progress! For the past few weeks we've been busy. Adding both front and back porch decks, putting in all the windows in one day, finished the partitions inside, installed sofit all around, and built in the area for the fireplace. Plumbing and electrical has been started. Siding will be begin in full swing soon as well with outside stone finish on the front approach of the house. More to come in the future!

Our first home we are building on site, 2 bed, 2 bath. With a large vaulted ceiling in all rooms besides the second bathroom, mechanical room and garage. There is in-floor heat throughout the house and garage as well. The project began in late June and we already have the roof shingled and windows have arrived and waiting to be put in. We'll keep this build updated to show the progress of the home when it's finished!
