Thank you to all of the community members that stopped by the official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and open house, hosted by the La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce yesterday! The War Eagle Building is near completion and it's become an exciting addition to the River Point District. The team at 3 Amigos Apartments did a wonderful job with all of the tours, drinks, and appetizers. The City of La Crosse, City of La Crosse Mayor, Shaundel Washington-Spivey was on hand to celebrate and cut the ribbon!

Our team is just about done working on the Carroll Park Baseball Field building, located at 1717 Marco Dr, in the City of LaCrosse. The new building has a concession stand and restrooms inside. Roofing is Eagle Pro exposed fastener steel, Forest Green color, from All American Steel.

Signage has been installed now on the War Eagle building in the City of La Crosse, River Point District! As landscaping work continues, we're excited for next week's official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony next week, with the La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce.

Our team just completed its first conversion of unused space into commercial units adjacent to The Blue Zone Pickleball facility, in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. Congratulations to owners, Shayna and Rudy, on a successful opening week at Form & Fire - Heated Fitness Studio, and thank you for trusting the Americon team to bring this dream to reality!

The studio includes two heated rooms for classes, and includes state of the art sound and lighting, which includes nearly any color of lighting desired! The studio includes restrooms, showers, a wall built-in water refill station, and merchandise space.

We build projects both large and small! This is a shelter our crew built in 2022, located at Weigent Park, in the City of La Crosse,. It has a meeting room and restrooms inside, with an outdoor area covered by a roof. Park amenities include an adjacent playground, baseball fields, and tennis courts for residents to enjoy.

On Monday, we celebrated the official groundbreaking for a new Norwalk Area Fire Station project. Many people had been working hard to bring this dream to reality.

Thanks to General Engineering Company (GEC) for teaming up with Americon on this project, and for the photos provided of the groundbreaking.

Excavating by Gerke Excavating Inc will commence soon, and materials will be arriving mid-June for construction.

Note: GEC was honored to have helped secure $1 million in funding to bring this important community project to life!

The sixth building at Abbey Court in Onalaska is moving right along. The exterior is approaching completion, as the crews continue to work on the interior. Materials provided and delivered by All American Do it Center for this project managed by 3 Amigos Apartments .

Our teams are currently working on a new 12,000 SF Storage facility for the City of La Crosse’s Water Department. This is a Pre-Engineered Steel Building, covered in Nichiha Siding and Masonry. A few interesting points about this project include:
• New facility includes in-floor heating throughout, plus an exhaust management system.
• The original historic water building and new building will include all new asphalt surrounding and for parking.
• A major part of the project includes relocation of a 24” water main, from interior of historic building to the exterior. This line feeds the north half of the City of LaCrosse.
• Also includes installation of a new water fill station building for public/commercial access to bulk water.
