Established in 2001, H-CON is a locally owned excavation and construction company delivering quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and safe, cost-effective solutions. In Connecticut, we have upwards of 35,000 homes impacted by failed concrete foundation due to the possible presence of a naturally occurring iron sulfide, pyrrhotite, in their concrete foundation. Solutions Indemnity Company, Inc. (CFSIC) is currently not accepting applications. With that being said, it is still crucial that you continue on with the process. We strongly encourage our customers to meet with a few contractors. When choosing a contractor to replace your home's foundation, it is important to choose the one who makes you feel at ease through every step of the difficult process. We are not insensitive to this experience and want our homeowners to be comfortable and feel like a part of the family. We have room in the 2027 schedule! If you want your replacement done quickly and to the highest standards give us a call for a meeting. Limited room on the schedule. Time is coming to a close with these replacements that are funded.

First replacement for our season. We hibernate all winter….plus winter replacements are counterintuitive. 3 weeks in and we are on track for to put the house down next week followed by floors and utilities hooked back up!! Experience at work….
