We have been working on this for a while now and have gotten to the point that we can say, it is what we wanted for the client. We are really happy with the final product. We have added a covered existing deck that is now a sun room. The client installed insulation and was very involved in the entire process. Beautiful view from the new windows installed on the covered deck/ insulated sun room. All new paint on the entire exterior of the house including the additional sun room. New front porch lighting added and 2 beautiful exterior fans on the enclosed, insulated (by client), interior Walls lined with cabin grade tongue and groove, 8" on ceiling and 6" on walls. The finished product speaks for itself.

Project under way. Add on deck roof and windows. Making somewhat of a sunroof for the summer. Beautiful view and overlooks the pool. Will have final pictures to come. We are also painting the whole house so keep your eye out for pictures of that progress as well

75 Forest was a success. We also installed a bunch of drainage landscaping and concrete updates to the front yard and front porch that keeps the water from making it under the house and creating this problem again.

This home needed a new sill plate on 60-80 ft on front of house where water was making its way under the concrete slab front porch and then into the crawl space where everything had rotted over time.
We fixed the floors and sills, degraded the front yard and added a French drain and sidewalk drain that moved water away from the front of the house and around the sides.
We jacked up and leveled the house by adding 14 concrete cinder block collumns that will make sure we don't have any support issues and added a v***r barrier with 6 mil. plastic just in case.

My son got a drone for Christmas and has been coming to work with me to get pictures and video of jobs so he can start doing marketing videos. This is his first one.
