✨ Bucks County Retreat ✨

We’re excited to share one of our latest projects – a serene retreat nestled in the heart of Bucks County. This moody farmhouse blends dark architectural elements with an organic, nature-inspired landscape. 🌾

Large drifts of native perennials create lush, textured layers that thrive in the local environment, while vibrant blooms are punctuated by carefully placed native shrubs and trees. The result? A tranquil and secluded space perfect for cozy gatherings or quiet reflection. 🦋

In addition to the landscape, we matched new Argylite stone to the existing porch stone, ensuring a seamless connection between the home and its natural surroundings. The perfect balance of rustic charm and modern comfort. 💫

This thoughtfully curated outdoor space isn’t just beautiful—it’s a haven for both relaxation and local wildlife, truly bringing the property to life. 🌿✨

🌿✨ Palm Springs Meets Avalon! ✨🌿
We’re thrilled to showcase a one-of-a-kind landscape designed by Nectars Landscape and Design right here in Avalon, NJ! Inspired by the breezy elegance of Palm Springs and the natural beauty of native dunes, this project seamlessly blends mid-century modern aesthetics with coastal charm.
Unique design features include classic breeze blocks, lush artificial turf, and crisp white cast concrete pavers—perfectly complementing the home’s architecture and surroundings. It was an absolute pleasure collaborating with our clients (and dear friends!) on this project. Special shoutout to Judy from Social House Design for her stunning design of the indoor and outdoor gathering spaces—truly a masterpiece inside and out!

We would like to welcome and introduce My Backyard at Nectars. We are so happy to have found the perfect person to take over the reigns at the shop!
Rosalind Doremus and her team bring an amazing amount of passion for native plants anad gardening. Rosalind’s energy and years of experience in the industry are exactly what is needed to give you all the plants and knowledge you need to succeed with your gardening endeavors.

Changes for 2023!!!
At nectars we are believers in evolution and flowing with the changes in life. That being said we have loved providing you all with beautiful plants and goods at Nectars Home & Garden for the past 5 years, but it is time to get back to focusing on our first love, designing and installing landscapes.
With two young girls growing up so fast we have decided that running two business right now is just not what’s best for us. The plan for now is to open a few weekends to sell our remaining inventory; at a good discount of course! So stay tuned. If you’d like to set up an appointment to stop in we are also open to that as well.
