Beautiful ten foot house we did. There was over 320 12’ sheets hung and finished on is project. Top it off we sprayed 95 gallons of primer to prime walls and 2 coat ceilings, as for finish paint on the walls there was 65 gallons of a off white sprayed and back rolled to seal up a perfect job well done with three guys in 5 weeks time. Not to shabby beings it was all 10 feet and higher with a few cases of corner bead.

This is the beginning base coat to a three stage ceiling texture. Ultimately, the optical depth that radiates within will only be an illusion. Smooth to the touch and glossier than glass, I have high expectations I’m in hopes to surpass!!! More to come as it comes along.

Sometimes when doing a project in a home that’s built pre traditional framing or maybe the good ole boys just chose a different method such as balloon framing with posts 32 on center throughout can leave you standing and scratching your head. These pictures are showing a doorway to an attic that’s for storage and adding a trim board of any thickness could cause a welp that can’t go where it’s suppose to. I didn’t want to see that being a problem. Having many different products and the knowledge to do the unthinkable left me to make sure I didn’t leave without my solution, and solving a problem like so with plaster and a twist of drywall techniques is without doubt one of my specialty’s. With the help from a toddler that’s willing to work and a saw sal turned into a beaver with ease we eliminated a problem that a trim board could have created. And Brielle bought the family ice cream with her pay so win win for me.

They said Adios to the old stove, so Mad and I buttered up these old bricks as if it were never there in the first place. Nice and easy to say the least.

We have Lots to catch up on, as we have been very busy on a job thats entailed a lot more than just our normal specialty’s. It feels like it’s been never ending for a project that’s seemingly not that big. But fact is everything takes time. I also feel there is a need for a trustworthy, reliable and competent electrician specialist. I find myself enthralled with thoughts of adding specialty electrical trace and replace to my list of specialist offerings . I feel it goes hand and hand with everything we already do and there is a lot of old-old and older houses that are in severe need of outlet/switch/ wire/ and fixture transplants. With a humdrum mindset I find modulating the mindful tasks of electrical and being able to do it in a invisible form and fashion is exhilarating. With the new year just starting and insurance renewals around the corner, updates with more details soon to come so prepare to get Traced, Trashed, and Transformed with out a track!! But for now I’d like to share this quick tip.
