📣✨ A shout-out is in order! Thank you, Erin, for interning with us at J C Porter Construction this summer. Erin did a fantastic job working alongside her mother, Noel, our Project Executive, and gained hands-on construction management experience both in the office and out in the field. We’re grateful for all of her help and wish her a fantastic junior year in college!

We’re thrilled to introduce Armada Dockside Cantina — another recent build-out that we completed for the Atlas Restaurant Group at the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel. The new restaurant and bar were constructed right alongside Marmo Annapolis. Together, Armada and Marmo bring two brand new concepts under one roof.
This dockside Mexican cantina, designed by Patrick Sutton, brings festive energy to the harbor with tacos, fajitas, and an extensive selection of tequila, mezcal, and other agave spirits. The space seats 200 guests, including 100 right on the water.

Armada is open daily for lunch and dinner.

✨ Check out the latest addition to the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel! We recently completed the build-out of Marmo Annapolis ✨

This stunning restaurant and bar, designed by Patrick Sutton, blends refined Italian tradition with elegant coastal charm. It seats up to 350 guests, including 150 with harbor views.

Marmo is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

Baltimore’s newest Italian gem has transformed the historic Five and Dime in Hampden. We collaborated once again with the restaurant team behind and the design team at . The result: soaring 50-foot ceilings, a wine cave and private dining room, custom millwork, dramatic lighting, and a vibrant two-level layout that blends 1925 charm with modern hospitality energy.

Excited to share the newly completed at ! The school features two classrooms, three conference rooms, three offices, four team rooms, a breakroom with a full kitchen, and an open workspace designed for collaboration. A beautiful terrace with waterfront views ties it all together, creating a bright and inspiring setting for students and faculty.
