Position: Landscape Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations, crew scheduling, and project management for installations, maintenance, mowing, planting, mulching, and more
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction on every job
• Train and lead field teams, manage equipment, and handle client communications
• Assist with estimating, budgeting, and growing the business
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance (management/supervisory experience a big plus)
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Knowledge of plants, equipment, and best practices
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in various weather
