“We recently had Floors Etc install new porcelain tile in our foyer. It is absolutely beautiful and the entire process was flawless.
Matt, our sales representative, spent all the time necessary to answer our questions and provided a variety of sample tiles. The overall price he quoted was very competitive and fair. He even stopped by our home to check on the progress. James, the project manager was fantastic as well providing excellent communications and visitations to the work site making sure that we were satisfied with the profession of the installation. Finally, we highly commend Elmer and his assistants, the tile installers. They were highly skilled and laid every tile with care and precision. There’s nothing quite like welcoming an old friend back. ❤️

Today, we had the pleasure of catching up with former Floors Etc. team member, Steve Edick.

Steve started as a vinyl installer before becoming our full-time Residential Project Manager and Scheduler—back when one person oversaw every residential installation. While our team has grown significantly over the years, Steve played an important role in helping build the company we are today.

Now retired and enjoying life in Florida, Steve stopped by to say hello, and it reminded us just how special it is to have been in business long enough to watch careers grow, friendships last, and former employees still feel like family.
