Hey everyone!
It's your guy, Tom @ Lakeside Property Maintenance LLC ..
Some of you may not know me, and many do..
I am going into my 31st year as a professional, (HIGH Quality) exterior paint and restoration specialist and general contractor in NH, Mass., and recently Maine even!

As always, I literally did not advertise all winter and my phone hasn't stopped. That being said, I do my business this way to keep peak season open so our high end clients dont get stuck using fly bys, as I call them! 🤣

Hey all! Taking a break from painting huge homes while my amazing lady is away visiting family!
I am doing some renovation and display work at her store, Rare On Main at 287 Main Street in Tilton.
She has some amazing stuff in here and I would love to sell some of it for her while she is away!

We don't just paint.. we care..
I started Lakeside to raise the bar.. I started because I want the TRADE that is painting to be recognized as a professional trade..
Can anyone paint? Maybe..
People sure do like to say that when I meet for bids..
My answer.. "Maybe anyone can apply paint".. however the level of skill, experience, diligence, and personal care will never be that of a seasoned professional.
In that.. Lakeside exists for clients who want their biggest investments to be the absolute best that they can be..
We will never be the cheapest.. but we are out here each day aiming to be the best 🍀
