Moss on a roof or wall gets treated as a curb appeal problem until it isn't one anymore.

Left alone, it holds moisture against roofing and siding long enough to cause real damage, clogged gutters, trapped moisture that leads to rot, and drainage issues that show up somewhere else on the property entirely. The PNW rain guarantees it keeps growing until something addresses it.

That railing post was structurally failing. A step people use every day held up by a joint that had already given out. We cut out the compromised material, rebuilt the joint, and reset the post so it's actually load-bearing again, not just patched to look fine.

A failed anchor point like this doesn't stay a small problem. It becomes a liability claim the moment someone leans on it. If your railings haven't been checked this year, that's the first thing to fix.

Interior repairs rarely make it into the highlight reel, but the ones done right are the ones that hold up.

The difference between a real fix and a quick patch job comes down to hands-on attention. Deferred interior repairs have a way of turning into bigger, more expensive problems for boards and property managers who don't catch them early.
