Our team does a lot more than mow lawns. 🌿

We offer a full range of services to bring your outdoor space back to life. For this client, we trimmed back hedges that had been growing wild since early spring. He wanted a clean slate, and we delivered in just a few hours.

He was so happy with the results that he joined our recurring maintenance schedule, which takes one more chore off his plate. Now he and his family can enjoy their yard to its fullest. 🏡

Swipe to see what was hiding under all that growth 👀

Tall w**ds, overgrown hedges, shaggy arborvitae, and fresh mulch buried the whole time. Now the beds are clean, the hedges are sharp, and the curb appeal is back where it belongs.

Overgrown doesn't mean hopeless. 💪

Full-Service Blackberry Removal & Property Cleanup in the Portland Metro Area

Our team recently completed a comprehensive blackberry removal project for a client in their backyard. Rather than simply cutting the blackberry down, our process included: cutting all growth to ground level, removing debris concealed beneath the overgrowth, scraping the soil to bare dirt, extracting the root systems, and applying a targeted herbicide treatment to prevent regrowth. All material was loaded and hauled off-site for proper disposal.

In addition, we completed a full garage clean-out, removing unwanted items and restoring usable space for our client.

Swipe to view the complete before-and-after transformation.

J&J Maintenance, LLC provides professional blackberry removal, brush clearing, yard cleanups, and junk hauling services throughout Tigard, Tualatin, Beaverton, Lake Oswego, and the surrounding Portland metro area. Licensed and insured. Contact us today for a free estimate.

Another before & after that speaks for itself! This home was getting prepped for a listing appointment, and we brought the whole yard back to life — front to back. 📸

Up front, we tackled an overgrown Japanese maple with a thorough trim and cleanup, cleared out w**d-filled garden beds, and laid down fresh mulch for that instant curb appeal boost. Out back, the garden beds got the same fresh-mulch treatment, and we finished it off by power washing the patio and walkway until they looked brand new. Photos really don’t do it justice! 💪🌿

Getting ready to list your home or just want your yard looking its best this summer? We’ve got you covered.

Our team tackled a full w**d removal and yard cleanup at this Tigard, Oregon property, and we’re honestly still amazed at what was hiding under there. Swipe to see the transformation. 👇

Swipe through to see this yard’s full glow-up! 🌿✨

Yesterday we hedge trimmed and shaped the bushes, hand-clipped the Japanese maple, and hand-pulled every w**d from the garden beds before applying a Preen granular treatment to keep new w**ds from popping through. Then we finished it off with a fresh layer of premium dark hemlock bark dust — not just for the rich color, but to help control soil erosion and block w**ds long-term.

J&J Maintenance proudly serves Tigard, King City, and Tualatin, with additional service in Beaverton and Lake Oswego. Ready for your yard to look like this? Send us a message or click the link in bio for a free quote! 📲
