- This new construction is independent from the existing mall, which is set to permanently close its doors in Fall 2026. A transformative redevelopment plan is underway, promising to demolish the mall and usher in a vibrant mixed-use development, breathing new life into the area with a sleek, modern design.

- Our scope encompasses four levels of construction, including a full basement renovation, a main hall featuring state-of-the-art stadium concert seating, and a stunning concrete rooftop.

- A unique aspect is the innovative integration of structural steel columns within the basement shear walls, requiring these columns to be carefully encased in concrete for increased strength and durability.

- The design boasts nearly half a mile of stadium concert seating elegantly perched atop 30,000 SF of slab-on-metal-deck (SOMD) concrete, meticulously angled at a striking 23-degree slope.
