Last week, our incredible W/E team came together to volunteer for Lend a Hand with Habitat during Community Impact Week 2026! We were thrilled to contribute to the Gooseberry Trails project—the largest affordable housing community in Southwest Portland’s Hillsdale neighborhood. These 52 family-sized townhomes will ensure permanent affordability for generations to come. This isn’t just about construction; it’s about building a thriving community. Amazing job, W/E Team!

Exciting developments are underway at 92H—a stunning 5-story, 171-unit project! W/E have successfully placed 1,000 CY of concrete and formed 2,000 lf of stem walls. Special thanks to Farwest for installing an incredible 120,000 lbs of rebar! We're laying a solid foundation for something extraordinary. Next up: architecturally designed concrete planters that will add creativity to this architectural gem. Every detail matters!

Didn’t know Whitaker/Ellis had a sitework division?

For the past two years, we’ve been building and developing our sitework teams to provide our GC partners with a true turnkey concrete package—from site concrete and curbs to foundations, slabs, walls, and elevated decks.

Our newest investment: a new curb machine.
