A little light goes a long way. We assembled this three-lantern lamp post and set it on a custom hexagonal concrete pad, formed and poured on site with J-bolts anchoring the base and a decorative exposed aggregate finish. Wiring was connected with watertight fittings and done to NEC standards.

The bases are hand-laid natural stone, topped with concrete caps we formed and poured on site, each one custom fit to its column. One column also has a built-in outlet so the owners have power right where they work. Built to last for decades, and it looks like it was always part of the house.

Carport column upgrade in South Georgia. Rusted steel support posts were framed in steel studs, clad in fiber cement board, and finished with Sherwin-Williams Duration exterior coating for long-term resistance to weather, termites, and rot. Bases are hand-laid natural stone with concrete caps poured on site and custom fit to each column, and a recessed outlet was built into one column. We set the vinyl posts in concrete with steel reinforcement so the enclosure can stand up to the kind of wind South Georgia storms bring. Low maintenance, no painting, and the tank stays accessible for service.

A well house doesn't have to be an eyesore. This one keeps the pump and plumbing protected from weather, tree limbs and winter freezes, and it gives the front garden a charming little cottage to look at.

Built on a concrete pad with insulated walls and roof, Hardie lap siding, architectural shingles, and a decorative front gable. There's a dedicated outlet inside, and the roof is bolted down so it can be lifted off when the pump ever needs service. The hardware is labeled right on the framing for whoever opens it up down the road.

That’s not a showroom. That’s not a catalog. That’s a man who has spent 30 years learning his trade — framed inside a diamond he cut with his own hands on a job site in Tifton, Georgia.

That’s Eric Slade. Owner. Craftsman. The guy who actually shows up.

When this homeowner at Northgate Estates called, they didn’t need a full deck — they needed someone who could take what they already had and make it extraordinary. Someone who could look at a staircase that runs in three different directions and figure out how to make every angle meet perfectly without a straight line in sight.

Most contractors would have put up standard balusters, collected a check, and moved on.

We don’t do standard

We designed and hand-built a custom diamond pattern railing system from scratch — every panel measured, cut, and fitted on site. You can see it in the during photos — raw lumber becoming something that looks like it belongs on the cover of a magazine. The stair runs, the upper deck rail, the landing — all flowing together like it was always meant to be there.

Because when you’ve been doing this since before some contractors were born, that’s just what the work looks like.
