One year later…

This project started with the site design and approval process in 2024.

Our design team developed a beautiful site plan and designed the stormwater management for the property.

The project was approved by the LGPC on the first submission. Which is not normal.

We worked with Joe Vilardo-Vilardo Architecture and TSW Construction and Walt Waters Excavating on the project.

The landscaping and hardscaping look great!

We used Techo-Bloc - Pure-shale gray for the permeable paver driveway.

Cold Springs Granite-Green Mountain was used for the walkways.

Our team continues to install stormwater measures around a lake house in a very challenging setting.

The location and is situated on a peninsula with two sides of the property situated within 20 feet of the lake.

Our team re-designed the project to create a series of attractive rain gardens will treat surface runoff while protecting Lake George.

The site had limited space and required a creative design to minimize the area of the rain gardens so not to impact the remaining open space on the property.

We are just amazed with all the great feedback from the Slim Point project.

The compliments keep coming in from Silver Bay residents.

The new landscaping matches the original landscape rendering that was created a few years ago that we obviously used to work with on construction project.

Our team was contacted by a lakefront property owner to install stormwater measures around a lake house in a very challenging setting.

The location was situated on a peninsula with two sides of the property situated within 20 feet of the lake.

18-inch deep swales were originally designed to be installed around the house that would have been unattractive and quite dangerous.

Our team re-designed the project to create a series of attractive rain gardens will treat surface runoff while protecting Lake George.

The site had limited space and required a creative design to minimize the area of the rain gardens so not to impact the remaining open space on the property.
