This home received a new 60mil fully adhered EPDM roofing system. The existing sheeting was severely rotted and deteriorated, so all old decking was torn off and replaced with new 1/2” CDX plywood before the new roof system was installed.

Recently completed a new 2,000sq/ft roof on our local Throop Fire Hall at cost (materials only) with very little labor charged—just a small way to give back to our first responders‼️

A 60mil fully adhered EPDM roofing system was installed to keep the hall protected for years to come.

We also installed a new 6” gutter that was generously donated by Dan the Gutterman — FREE of charge.

Huge shoutout to the Throop Fire Department members who donated their time and worked side-by-side with the ARS crew to make this happen. Proud to support the people who are always there for our community! 🚒👏
