Happy Friday! 🌳

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to vote and cheer us on during the Community's Choice Awards! 💙

We were still out working every day, but it was nice to have a little friendly competition going on. It gave us something fun to look forward to, a chance to interact with all of you, and an opportunity to support so many other great local businesses along the way!

🚨 We're Growing! 🚨

We've reached the point where we simply have more work than our current crew can keep up with.

Our schedule is packed with approved work, we have an amazing existing client base, new customers calling every week, and storm or hazardous tree calls always have to take priority. We'd love to build another solid crew so we can keep jobs moving and get our clients taken care of faster.

We're currently looking to add a few people to the team:

🌲 Office Manager / Administrator

Answering and returning calls
Responding to emails
Quote follow-up
Scheduling
Invoicing
General office support

🌲 Grounds Support

Job site cleanup
Dragging brush
Loading and unloading equipment
Assisting the crew
No experience necessary—we're happy to train the right person

🌲 Equipment Operators / CDL Drivers

Drive bucket truck and chip truck
CDL preferred
Tow trailers and equipment
Operate chipper
Assist with stump grinding
Equipment maintenance and basic repairs
Chainsaw experience is a plus, but not required

🌲 Crane / Bucket Operators

Operate crane and/or bucket truck
Assist with hazardous tree removals
Experience and CDL preferred

What we're looking for:
✔ Dependable and punctual
✔ Willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather
✔ Comfortable responding to emergency calls, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
✔ Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team

What we offer:

-Starting base pay with performance-based increases as you learn the job and can complete tasks independently

At Ark Tree Services, we offer full-service tree work because many times it’s cheaper, easier, and makes way more sense to handle everything at once instead of paying another company to come back later.

Of course, it’s always your choice. Some customers want to keep the wood or have debris left behind — and that’s totally fine.
