Utility Chase

1st time we installed a utility chase of this magnitude. It was back breaking hard work.

We designed this system to work hand in hand with the equipment layout. Thus all the power & air lines will be under slab to the equipment. Not hindering walk ways and material handeling capacity.

These are also rated for forklift traffic and are extreme duty!

Frankfort, IN

Back to work at I65 & SR28. Merrit Contracting, Inc. is making fast time with the dry working conditions! Detention pond is scheduled to be completed this week.

Next step is storm & sewer for new hotels. It will likely be spring of 26’ before the public sees action on this area.

This is the end section that will eventually jump into the detention pond. It’s perfectly graded starting here traveling 1100 feet to where it stops and collects all the water in between. it’s a masterpiece that will work for generations and be buried at entire life.

We hosted a project tour for our friends from NBS Indiana branch to tour this project offering (2) 50k + square foot pre-engineered steel buildings.

These structures are noted for their architectural appeal in the PEMB industry. The designer for the project was our very own Clinton Taylor, President of C. A. Taylor LLC.

Clinton credited the NBS team for their support through the process of design and engineering. “It takes a great team to yield excellent results”.

This 40 acre development has just completed 10 months under construction and on schedule to be completed in the spring of 2026.
