Westminster, Co. - Full Master Bathroom Remodel. 💪 🚿 Bio-Hacked Health Upgrade 🚿 💪
We transformed this master bathroom from a mold nightmare into a luxurious, healthy retreat!
What started as a severe toilet leak turned into major water damage with mold covering the floors and walls. We completely gutted the space which included removing and replacing the subfloors — performed thorough chemical mold treatments, and rebuilt everything from the ground up.
Because the homeowners are very health-conscious and wanted zero plastics in their bathroom, we installed a beautiful stone resin Kohler freestanding tub, replaced all the old PEX piping with full copper from the main line to every fixture, and used only non-plastic fittings throughout. The new design features a spacious custom shower with three showerheads (rain, body sprayer, and standard), a large custom vanity with beautiful Quartz countertop, an oversized 8-foot mirror, and a clean, modern aesthetic for an at home Spa vibe.
We also sealed up the old door to the back patio for better privacy, added new exterior siding, and installed two new windows for natural lighting. The result is a stunning, mold-free, toxin-free master bath that is as healthy as it is beautiful!
