When summer heat is in, consistent indoor comfort becomes a priority for many homeowners. This project involved installing a new high efficiency American Standard A/C 2.5 ton unit to provide dependable cooling during Colorado’s warmest months. Our goal was to create a setup that could handle the weather and keep noise levels down while supporting long-term reliability.

Dirt and debris can sneak up on any A/C system, especially as the seasons change.

On this job in Denver, we tackled both the indoor evaporator coil and the outdoor condenser unit. After a build-up of dust and grime, airflow was struggling and efficiency was down. We used coil cleaner to remove the layers of dirt, clearing out every bit of debris from inside the units. The difference is hard to miss—fresh, open coils are ready to keep the air moving and cool when it matters most.
